Now you can download printable PDFs of the town’s most common forms. Just click on the form you want below and it should open in a new window as a pdf. You can then print it, fill it out and submit it. If you use the fill & sign function on adobe, you can type your information into the form before printing and signing. You will need the free Adobe Reader (most computers come with it pre-installed, but you can download it for free at adobe.com). More downloads are available at specific Town Office pages.
Please note: On May 29, 2024 the selectmen held a public hearing and voted to change several permit fees. These new fees will take effect on July 1, 2024. The new fees will not appear on the permits below until the end of June 2024.
