Reminder - Use of the Burn Pit at the Bartlett Jackson Transfer Station
Now that spring clean up is here, folks need to remember that it is brush only that is 5” or less in diameter, non-treated wood WITHOUT nails that can go in the burn pits. Also, all ribbons, decorations, and metal frames need to be removed from wreaths and trees. Wood that is painted, glued, pressboard or anything with nails CANNOT go into the burn pit. These items must go in the construction container and there is a fee depending on the amount.
Thank you for your cooperation!
